Even if it is their server name, I completely agree with your point. The image is not appropriate when your multi-billion revenue service is yet again failing to meet even a basic level of reliability, preventing people from doing their jobs and generally causing stress and bad feeling all round.
Some feedback for you: the position seemed interesting to me, but this requirement is a huge turn off. I'm not emailing you information about my kids to apply for a job. If I felt this way, it's possible other people did too. You might want to rethink how you're communicating this.

dang is about as politically neutral as it gets, but it's become very apparent that anything that points to something negative that may loosely relate to Conservatives or the Republican party will get flagged by users.
Sad to see it getting flagged here, especially given the context of my post. I do appreciate that it got shared here and all the comments so far. I put a lot of work into this and I really appreciate that people are sharing it around.
