Doesn't work. Everyone is doing this, your target is getting dozens of messages per day, or 100s if their profile shows them to be a potential decision-maker for purchases.
Maybe, n some rare case, someone in some business hits a pain point that day, and decides there and then that they need a replacement product, and your message gets to them within the next few days, then sure.
Want to clarify that lazy and ai spamming on LinkedIn is lame, especially for non-tech sales people selling technology.
Also, b2b sales can be foreign to most people - when i've done b2b sales on linkedin it's mostly about just building a relationship. The 5% of the market that is ready to buy will always self identify if they are looking for help.
I'm saying this as someone who has ba background in technology and helping companies purchase software.
There are better ways to use LinkedIn to earn interest and attention of those small percentages that move forward.
Knowing your stuff and how to apply it and not confusing talking for doing is critical.
Influencers who sell courses on topcs they are new to themselves might think introducing people to topics is a cashflow stream, but most will move on and it will be a leaky bucket.
I teach AI and have around 18k Instagram followers and about 9k on LinkedIn. Do I need to connect with Instagram influencers for a collab? Is it a good way?, just curious. Btw linkedin cold message gives conversion?

The Pebbble transcription is part of their SDK and very easy to use programmatically, also it's quite accurate (not perfect but good enough that I turned confirmation off).
The TTS is Piper installed on the same VPS as Hermes.
Happy to answer questions or share code. I might publish the device app eventually. I hope your Pebble arrives soon, it's a great device.

I cannot disagree more strongly. In the correct setup, there is always a tangent line between all parts of the screen as you swivel your neck horizontally. I did not have that without an ultrawide and it led to various neck muscle issues that I regret
One aspect that seems to be missing is the abuse of the free credits provided for new companies by AWS, Azure, and other providers.
I know of a friend's company in India who purchased inference, at 4% of the actual price and states that it gave him an unbeatable competitive edge in their large running video influence pipelines. Any new competitors could not offer their pricing at all.
Primarily that operated because registering a new company getting free AWS credits was a very tiny cost
I was going to cover this in a follow-up article, but yeah, there are network of token brokers who buy unused credits from startups and then resell them.
Some countries have more complexity to registering a new company than others, and perhaps it’s the establishment of a new legal entity that is an unlocker to the free credits.
I don’t know if that’s true of India or not, but I like to give comment authors the benefit of the doubt that being specific about the geography was helpful context here
India is very bureaucratic and slow for starting a new business new entity. It ranked 63rd on the most recent world bank survey of 2020[1], and it is even more painful to close one.
So that report was discontinued after relatively proven statistical gaming and interference by several countries, doesn’t exist post 2020.
Post 2020 SPICE+ launched making registration trivially fast. However really the trick isn’t creating and closing companies, it’s that the fact majority of reporting that would catch scam companies like these just get ignored and gather small civil penalties payable years later or not at all, while keeping up with major reporting that might close their bank accounts… it’s a very disorganised system that facilitates a lot of unpleasant activity.
I didn’t make any claims towards spesific scams, just a lack of effective mechanisms to hold companies accountable, a lot of countries governance systems do indeed have audits and mechanisms to address companies making large numbers of individuals unhappy or where large number of individuals feel they are being treated unfairly.
Honestly if company size of Amazon is not doing their due diligence that is their own fault. It is not that big of ask for them to spend say a day or week evaluating these things.
The world bank is best quality source I could find, if you know a better source or any fact contradicting the claim India is high friction for general ease of business, that would be welcome.

I don't follow. India was Third World in the original Cold War sense as a founder and leader of the Non-Aligned Movement, and it still fits the term's colloquial sense through low GDP per-capita, poor HDI figures, weak state capacity, corruption and uneven infrastructure.
The label might be offensive, the comment you responded to most certainly is. But excluding India from the Third World is hard to justify.
I respect your opinion and experience, but FWIW for the readers, I had the completely opposite experience.
The batch did divide into groups. Some people were learning functional programming, others focused on Transformers architecture, while yet others on dynamic programming. But I quickly found a small group of people who were building things that I was interested in, games and AI applications.
In the unstructured time I was able to set my own goals, ship a lot, write a lot, and give a lot of talks on topics that are very interesting to me.
I didn't expect or get any free food from the Recurse Centre -- I was in New York, I had the world's cuisines available to me. I often went on lunch along with other RC members to reasonably affordable places within walking distance.
RC is not a college course with exams and a fixed syllabus -- It was unstructured and self-directed -- and that's what made it so special.
