Models don't have some self identity, beyond what is explicitly handed to them via a system prompt. There have been many, many cases of models identifying as different models by different makers as a basic identity hallucination. They train on enormous volumes of data including lots of people talking about certain makers and models (ChatGPT was actually a super common one given that it became the kleenex of the LLM world). Hence why vendors have to specifically tell it to override that, and if they don't you get lots of funny cases of identity confusion.
This isn't the big gotcha some people seem to think it is, and the whole news cycle about that was mostly by people who have no idea what they're talking about. It's actually a meaningless data point. But it's precisely the sorts of people who think that a few thousand free accounts surreptitiously snuck off with Fable.
There is no such thing as "average IQ" for countries. An ultra-common low-IQ take, ironically.
What is the average IQ of Malawi? Literally nobody knows. Anybody who claims one is lying to you. In "IQ & The Wealth Of Nations" (the Ur-source for these kinds of claims), they got a number for Malawi by averaging Congo, Zaire, and Tanzania. In turn, the Congo numbers were based in part on general cognitive test scores taken from 40 rural children being treated for parasitic infections, projected out to the whole population, and then modified down to "correct" for the Flynn Effect.
Those are the kinds of numbers you're citing when you make these kinds of claims.

There was never a process where Arab or Muslim conquerors completely replaced the native population, they just added to it. Conversion and Arabization gradually transformed the existing population’s identity. If descent from conquerors means colonizer, then virtually no population on earth is non-colonial. Arabs in Palestine, Normans in England, Turks in Anatolia, Romans everywhere…
Colonizer status is typically attached to an event and structure, not inherited indefinitely.
Interesting perspective. But does that mean that Taylor Swift is just as native as Sitting Bull? Or are descendants of aboriginal Americans more entitled to the land?
Under the most common frameworks for assessing claims about "indigenous status" or "land entitlement", length of continuous inhabitation and external support for migration are big factors. Considering Sitting Bull's lineage likely migrated unsupported from other regimes and his lineage inhabited North America for much longer, it's unlikely Taylor Swift would be considered "just as native." Whether descendants of Sitting Bull are specifically entitled to land is a matter of ongoing legal and cultural dispute.
"The slave trade" refers to the transatlantic slave trade, not slavery in general. (Though I would question whether that really qualifies as a "product of the enlightenment": post hoc ergo propter hoc, and all that.)
