About Me: I'm Karan Krishnani, an independent consultant (fractional and contract) with ~20 years of senior engineering and architecture experience, the last several focused on healthcare. I build the data platforms underneath value-based care: claims, quality measurement, risk, and the integration layer that feeds them. Right now I'm architecting a greenfield Azure + Databricks multi-ACO lakehouse. Before that: patient identity resolution at Cercle Health, claims-through-measure-calculation pipelines at Keywell, and principal architect on the quality measurement platform at Tuva Health, 80+ NCQA measures across millions of patient records.
